- PreconstructionGetting involved early in a project is crucial to ensure that schedule & cost are met. Early discussions on square footage pricing & scheduling set the overall expectation for the project & establish a guideline for the construction process. Our experienced management team has the knowledge & expertise to provide accurate budgetary pricing based on a few “rough” sketches. Once a preliminary budget is set & the project moves into design development, we continue to monitor the progress to ensure that both schedule & cost are kept on track.
- Construction ManagementR.C. Page Construction utilizes a single source point of contact management style. Once the project moves from Preconstruction to the Construction Phase, the same team member that set the budget & schedule manage the Project from start to finish. This approach ensures that nothing is lost between a Pre-Construction, Estimating or Project Management department & ensures continuity throughout the project.
In addition to having a Project Manager assigned throughout the project, we provide our clients with a Project Superintendent dedicated solely to their project during the construction phase. We realize that each superintendent has a unique skill set & we select our superintendents for each project based on their area of expertise.
